Enjoy a complete set of cookware, bakeware, and utensils, plus appliances including a crock pot, waffle maker, toaster, and blender. You will find plenty of dishes, including kid-friendly, non-breakable options. Salt, pepper, basic spices and cooking spray are provided for your convenience. We provide a generous starter selection of regular and decaf K-cups, ground coffee, filters, sugar, Splenda, half & half, assorted teas, and hot chocolate — easily enough for you to settle in before picking up your favorites for the rest of your stay. You’ll also find wine, margarita, and martini glasses—perfect for happy hour! 🛋️ Spacious Living & Dining Area Vaulted ceilings and coastal-inspired décor create a bright, open feel. Relax on the brand-new queen sleeper sofa or gather at the large dining table for meals, board games, or planning your next adventure. The 65” Roku TV is perfect for game days or movie nights. 🛏️ Two Comfortable Bedrooms Both bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, with new mattresses, high quality cotton linens, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, USB ports, dressers, and ample closet space. Primary Suite: King bed, Roku TV, and private en-suite bathroom. Second Bedroom: Two Twin XL beds, RokuTV, and easy access to the second full bath. 🌿 Tranquil Balcony Retreat Step out to your private balcony, sink into the comfy seating, and take in the peaceful pond view. Perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon read, or a glass of wine at sunset. 🌴 Community & Resort Amenities River Crossing offers a seasonal private pool (Opening April 1), grilling area with picnic tables, and plenty of green space for relaxing afternoons. Guests also have access to the North Tower Pool - one of South Carolina’s largest outdoor pools — just a short drive away. (Open seasonally) 🏖️ Beach access is a quick 7-minute drive, with public parking nearby. If you don't want to drive, the resort has a free shuttle that will take you to the beach. Shuttle sevice begins April 4 for weekends only through the end of May, then daily for the summer months. ⛳ Golf lovers will enjoy Barefoot Resort’s four championship courses designed by Tom Fazio, Pete Dye, and other legends, plus a 30-acre lighted driving range. 🍹 Barefoot Landing, just minutes away, features waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and live entertainment along the Intracoastal Waterway—perfect for an evening out. The condo is in a quiet community setting for a more relaxing stay, yet minutes to Barefoot Landing (restaurants, shopping, entertainment), the beach, and golf. While not walkable to most attractions, everything is just a short drive away—giving you the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.
Guest Access
The property is located on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed by stairs located on either the left or right side of the building. The door is outfitted with a smart lock. Prior to check-in, you will receive your personalized door access code. Guests have access to the entire condo, with the exception of a locked owners' closet. Two unassigned parking spaces are available.
